The Weekend MBA is all about teamwork. After all, the exchange between professional colleagues is essential for anyone who wants to get ahead in the business world. That’s why we take a collaborative approach to learning, allowing you to work with the same group of first-rate professionals for an extended period of time, before transitioning into a second group.
We carefully design teams of 4-6 people to ensure that each group will have diverse perspectives to learn from, while maintaining a balance of knowledge and experience across teams. Teams determine when and how they meet–often leveraging technology to ease the coordination of their busy schedules. Then midway through the program, we’ll restructure the teams to provide additional learning and networking opportunities.
Join a Cohort
Students work collaborative with a diverse group of professionals throughout the program. By sharing the same academic experiences, students are able to integrate their learning, and reflect on previous coursework with their classmates. This structured “cohort” approach helps students to understand each project from multiple perspectives, grow from the strengths of others and build long-lasting professional relationships. This concept of joining a program, as opposed to taking classes, distinguishes us from typical part-time MBAs.
